TENANT CHARGES - MATERIAL @ COST PLUS 30% AND LABOR
- Washers
- Switches and sockets
- Wire replacement
- Door Locks
- Toilet replacement parts (i.e. flushometer, flappers, chains, etc.)
- Door checks
- Hooking up wires for televisions
- Assembly of items (i.e. cribs, beds, vacuums, water filters, etc.)
- Air conditioner filters
- Towel racks
- Toilet paper holders
- Tile grouting
- Cosmetic or other changes to apartment
MATERIALS ONLY
- Light bulbs
- Batteries
- Extension cords
SERVICES FURNISHED WITHOUT EXTRA CHARGE
- The House will furnish the following items to all proprietary lessees:
- Personal check cashing up to $200 per apartment, per day
- Cable television (basic cable only)
- Safety deposit boxes for valuables available at Front Desk
- Telephone message service provided through voice mail on all house phones
- Standard house phone instrument
- Mail delivery to apartment six days per week
- Utilities (gas and electric service) are included
- Window washing available once per month
- Gym facilities available 24 hours per day
OPTIONAL HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES
Housekeeping services can be selected on an “as needed” basis. The following rates apply:
Daily cleaning (maid service): $41.40 per hour, plus tax
(1/2 hour increments available)
General cleaning (deep cleaning): $38.60 per person, per hour, plus tax
General cleaning consists of thorough dusting, vacuuming, heavy cleaning of kitchen and bathroom, but does not include supplies or linens.
The following supplies will be replenished during each daily cleaning service:
- 2 dish towels
- 3 bath towels per bathroom
- 3 hand towels per bathroom
- 3 wash cloths per bathroom
- 1 bath mat per bathroom
- 3 sheets per bed
- 1 regular pillow case per pillow
- Tissues and toilet paper as needed
Washing machines and dryers and Wash and Fold service are available at prevailing rates.
